I checked the shop manual and found the "pattern" they are to be tightened but not the Torque Spec itself. I'm thinking somewhere in the area of 23~25 FT/Lbs. for those M8mm x 20mm Bolts.

You could buy a service manual from Haynes, they list a lot of torque specs in them. Did you try to Google it? I did and found this, don't forget how handy Google can be! Torque the mounting bolts to 25 ft. lbs. (34 Nm). If the brake hose was removed, torque the union bolt to 21 ft. lbs. (29 Nm).
